Commences on Victoria Tower Adelaide
Construction
has commenced on the eagerly anticipated Victoria Tower Adelaide development
situated on the former site of the popular La Boheme nightspot at 32-38 Grote
Street. Victoria Tower Adelaide is an Auta Group development and is being built
by SYNERGY CONSTRUCT with completion is scheduled for June 2025.
At 37
storeys, Victoria Tower Adelaide will be one of Adelaide
tallest buildings. The $200m development offers residents and businesses one of
the most central locations in the Adelaide CBD with most major amenities and
attractions such as the tram line, Rundle Mall, Victoria Square, Chinatown and
the Central Market only a short walk away.
Victoria
Tower Adelaide will comprise residential and commercial space consisting of
approximately 285 residential units as well as eight levels of commercial
space. Apartments include Studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations as
well as six penthouses across the top two levels, two of which are more than
600 square metres in size. Victoria Tower Adelaide offers uninterrupted views
of the city, especially Victoria Square, but also east to the Hills and west to
the ocean. The development offers premium finishes and fine detail
throughout.
Approximately
60% of Victoria Tower Adelaide’s apartments have already been sold and its
entire available commercial space was taken up by local businesses by late last
year. A new prime commercial space has
recently been made available and is a generous 260sqm in size. The development includes a large (fully
equipped) gym, meeting rooms and multi-function communal area for residents
whilst the ground floor will host a café and florist.
James Guo of
Auta Group said that quality developments like Victoria Tower Adelaide help
cement Adelaide’s reputation as one of the most attractive property markets in
the country. We have spared no expense in its design and finishes.
“This
development offers an inner-city lifestyle that would be exceptionally
difficult to replicate anywhere else in the world. Victoria Tower Adelaide adds
great value to our reputation as one the world’s great small, and exceptionally
liveable, cities.”
SYNERGY CONSTRUCT’s track record was a major decision in appointing the company to build Victoria Tower Adelaide.
“Eleven
years ago, when Auta Group was established in Adelaide, there weren’t many
construction companies that could produce a portfolio that included comparably
large and high-quality developments like GSA North Terrace and 203 North
Terrace, but Adelaide is growing up fast and we are delighted to be working
with Synergy and contributing to this very positive transformation of our
city,” explained James Guo.
“We are
confident that Synergy Construct can deliver this project to the high standards
expected by residents and investors, producing another premium lifestyle and
business location for the increasing number of people who want to live and work
in the Adelaide CBD, which includes people from interstate and overseas.”
Craig
Weaver, SYNERGY CONSTRUCT Operations Director said:
“With the
recent completion of two high rise towers on North Terrace, we have a
demonstrated capability to deliver large scale, city enhancing projects, and we
are extremely appreciative that Auta Group has selected SYNERGY CONSTRUCT to
deliver another superb, landmark tower in the heart of Adelaide. Victoria Tower
will be the largest in our build portfolio to date, and we look forward to
collaborating with Auta Group and their consultant team to deliver a
high-quality building to be enjoyed by tenants, visitors and residents for many
years to come.”
Auta Group
is one of the most prolific development companies in South Australia and has
more than 100 projects locally and nationally and is committed to the provision
